RGA=Random Gift Art. I do quite a lot of random gifts. Like the Mermaid one was secretly for Enzeru-sama. I wonder if he realised.

I really like her cute, simple design.
The dithering took altogether too long.
I made the base myself, the pose was from an image of Hotaru Tomoe (Sailormoon)

Time= No idea. About six hours?
Programs= Paint for the whole thing, Photoshop for gifification.
