Camera Obscura Experiment

We made pinhole cameras (or camera obscuras) out of boxes and took pictures. This is one such image, of a building on Steep Hill.
Because of the nature of the photographic paper and the darkroom, the images come out inverted. I included the original images and the inverted ones too.
I really like the ghostly nature of the pictures and the slightly mint-green tone to them. It gives a very weathered, old feeling to the image. Pinhole cameras are fun to make and take photos with, if simply because so few people use them anymore.
